L'arc-en-ciel : [rock] They are one of the more popular jrock bands in Japan..and also my all-time favourite male group! They were formed in 1991 with Tetsu as leader of the band, Hyde as vocals, Sakura on drums (but later replaced by Yukihiro) and Ken on guitars. Tetsu got the name of their group (which means "rainbow" in French) from a french movie he watched. He thought the word sounded nice. :P When you read their interviews, you sense the band's closeness..they act so naturally on shows and are so hilarious together, too! (sometimes) Anyways, I just find that really cool and I guess that's what made me like them even more. OHyeah, forgot to mention their music! that's the best part..:) I haven't yet found a song i didn't like. :)
